John Biernat is a paralegal with the Padilla Law Group in Birmingham. Since March 2019, he has drafted case evaluations and arbitration summaries and facilitated legal casework. Mr. Biernat also writes motions and undertakes trial preparation, while performing client intake interviews.
John Biernat completed his BS in counseling psychology at Rochester College and graduated magna cum laude. He maintains his membership with the Alpha Kappa Chapter of the Sigma Chi Fraternity. After enrolling at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law in 2013, he earned his juris doctor in four years and completed an externship at the Michigan Supreme Court with Justice David Viviano.
With a passion for travel, he has visited a wide range of countries and enjoys learning languages and exploring new cultures. He plays various musical instruments such as the piano, accordion, and banjo in his free time. Involved in his community, he is active with organizations such as the Polish American Congress and the Knights of Columbus.
